No job is too small for us! Small projects involving minor repairs and painting and less than 5 hours work (with a 2 hour minimum) are charged at a rate of $70 per hour. Larger projects are not subject to this hourly rate, but are competitively priced. Credit card is an accepted method of payment.

About Us

Home Needs Inc. is a family owned and operated business based in Otto, NC. Founded by Pedro Cornejo, we have been in business since 1995 and are fully licensed and insured. We provide interior and exterior house painting for residential and commercial projects. We also provide pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and a home improvement services.

Over the years, we have worked on housing projects in the Appalachian Mountains of North Carolina, in both the Highlands and Cashiers.

A Valued Partner

In 1998, Home Needs Inc. worked with Cimarron Builders to provide interior and exterior house painting services. Cimarron Builders, impressed with our sustained, high quality workmanship, eventually made us their exclusive interior and exterior painters. We have remained their exclusive house painters to this day, painting and staining the interior and exterior of every home they have built. We also have provided home renovations for Cimarron Builders over the years.

From 2005 to 2008, Home Needs Inc. partnered with Barber Custom Homes as their exclusive painters for an elite set of mountain communities throughout Western North Carolina. As their partner, we met their high standards for quality and value represented in each of their homes. Our business ethics, workmanship, and quality were recognized as exceptional.
